I could not get an appointment, so I dropped by yesterday afternoon and luckily, it took them just a few minutes for me to be allowed in. The store was redesigned with social distancing, masks and hand sanitizer Just moments later Diane was introduced to me and answered all my questions, replaced the SIM card and said to come back should I need to have them to check for problems.

This guy that works there by the name of Reggie welcomes me to the store in a very nice way with a smile without being pushy he was so nice explained everything and was super honest with me about how every upgrade and what was best to go with.

He tried what he could but did give me as much information as he could. Eddie solved My issue quickly. I’ve come in twice already and no one else seemed to want deal with it. He linked up my tracking to my account which is what I’ve been needed and I was out the door in min. Appreciate it fellas.

Go to SARA! I needed to get in and out of there asap and she help me do just that. She was quick to assess the issue and quick to fix what was wrong. Customer service jacked up my initial account setup and she was very knowledgeable on how to fix the issue.

She got on the phone and basically took care of the whole situation. She was direct with customer service on the other line and explained exactly what was needed to be done. I work in the area so I will for sure be coming back to get any issue fixed or changed to this verizon store. Not sure why this store had such a bad review.

I did hesitate on going but I had to give it a shot. I repeat. Came here to fix a mistake I had made ordering a new phone online. Even though they are going by appointments, they checked me in, and it didn’t take too long until it was my turn. Reggie took care of everything for me and before I knew it I was done! Their service really is excellent! If I could give a 0 star I would. Today my husband and I walked into Verizon to buy two phones and had a horrible experience with the manager as soon as we walked in.

I wasn’t able to see her name but I recall seeing Manager on the tag. Short lady, black hair, she may have been latin.

She had a horrible attitude and was in too much of a rush for a pm appointment to offer us decent help and understanding of there new policies in place. Her appointment didn’t even show up. There was nobody in the store but herself and maybe 2 other employees. If you are going to be a manager of a store it is your job to give customer service to anyone that walks into the store. You treat people with respect for coming to give a company you work for business.

She left a horrible taste in our mouth and we are very dissatisfied with her energy. This is not the behavior you should ever expect from Verizon, Wangui. You should always be treated with respect and professionalism when you visit us and get the assistance you need. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to improve our customer care. Please please please do not go with Verizon this is the worst wireless company ever they miss lead you they charge you way too much and their service sucks sucks this is a scam company that has so much money to advertise and to manipulate so many people.

They do everything possible to avoid having you speak with a real person. Their automated phone system is an exercise in frustration.

If you do manage to make it through the 30 different prompts you’ll need to follow in their automated system, you’ll be rewarded with completely incompetent foreign outsourced agents. Usually do my upgrades on line through customer service but i went in the day b-4 i was to have a major foot surgery. I’m not a super tech-y person so i need assistance usally setting up.

He found me a place to sit in quiet and helped me through the start up of my new iphone. I was out of there in less than 40 minutes with a working phone and none of the old BS when upgrading.

I wanted to pay tribute to this special CSR who helped me, i’ve forgotten his name. I said no thanks to the trade we are both verizon customers.
