User Info: Alldayanyday1DA. User Info: BiggyDX. Alldayanyday1DA posted Reason why you want mighty blow is because it does the most damage and mighty blow’s upgrade let’s you use your next ablitity with no stamina.
User Info: Zarathustra3. Honestly I dont think guard mitigates enough dmg to make to the death worth it. I never really tried pommel strike, but idk im doing pretty well with the build i have on my katari in perilous and for the AW build, it’s just all preference. I’ve solo’d perilous hundreds of times with the build i have on him, and i dont really like PoTA just because it doesmt do damage and chain lightning is good, but i prefer stone fist to knock enemies down and for the weaken bonuses.
But like i said, it’s all different preferences and gameplay for each person. Just as long as you don’t die then your buils is good lol. User Info: Havoc49J. I can’t really justify skipping the best crowd control ability in the entire game Pull of the Abyss.
Hunter: Full Draws pretty much a wasted ability. It one-shots one enemy every 24 seconds. In that 24 seconds you could have fired off three Explosion Shots for much more overall damage, alot of knockdown, and multiple hits to recharge Stealth faster.
Hook and Tackle is fun, but will get you killed on Perilous since your locking yourself into a long animation which often leaves you in the middle of an enemies aoe. Time spent in the long animation is also dps lost. I prefer Evade over Hook and Tackle. Evade obviously is also very useful for actual damage migration.
I see what you’re saying I know the sleep combo, but i dont use chain lightning since i have no room for it, otherwise I would it. So i started using it a lot more, i do like explosive shot especially since its aoe but my hunter is single target based like the assassin. User Info: LvlPrinny.
Hey look, it’s this thread again. OT, Archer has so many good passives. For the love of god never upgrade Caltrops. Hell, Keepers can’t catch me half the time. I just run a basic Charge, Mighty, Pommel, Earthshaker. If I had to switch anything I’d take out ES first for Roll, but even the rare rubberband can get you killed. If you’ve never tried Pommel Strike I highly recommend it. It makes all the difference vs mobs like Brutes, Knights, and Fear Demons. However it takes some time to get used to the tracking on it.
Why pass up the best CC in the game? Cuz bumper-jumper is more fun to me. User Info: JerichoEstacio. Just started playing mp. Anybody have a good reaver build they would recommend? JerichoEstacio posted You use Rampage to Regen Health while also dealing damage. Just take into account that you can’t regen health using Dragon Rage while Rampage is active; though you don’t lose health either.
Most builds for this character really on getting a high enough crit chance percentage to reduce the cooldown of your Rampage abilities. IIRC, the key passives you want for this are Flow of Battle 1sec reduction for every crit hit , Unforgiving Chain increases Crit Chance for every basic strike , and the one that gives you an automatic crit when hitting a Terrified enemy. Crit Chance items help big time for this character. Gamertag: Biggy DX.

Forgot your username or password? Use Stonefist to weaken all enemies, fade step into them, fade cloak them, then swing away.
Use stealth to use full draw at it’s best potential. Fadecloak is great when you get knocked down or if you have any status effects on yourself, also when enemies are near you can knock most enemies down with fade cloak. Static Cage is a great CC ability plus it paralyzes enemies. Barrier is a must need for any keeper. You can do without to the death but to the death can get you full guard in a hit or two. Caltrops are great to slow enemies especially through doorways, full draw is a great killshot ability especially on boss fights.
Keep in mind, if you do use theae abilities, don’t expect to be a god. Some of it takes practice, but most of the time it comes down to what you have weapons, accessories, etc.
