I had Windows 8. When I upgraded to Win 10 my pc started going threw the motions of a restart. First I thought it was a gaming issue but then it happened even when the game wasn’t running. The upgrade tool said my pc was compatible but Dells site says no.

What do I do now? I actually liked the UI better in Win Due to excess thread volume, we are trying to respond to the queries as soon as possible, please bear with us.

You are in luck though, Nvida just released a new driver a few hours ago. I would download and install just the driver. You should update windows as kb contains almost 1 gb of changes and fixes.

In reply to Andrew P Jones’s post on August 13, I installed the video card right before or just after uninstalling windows 10 so the info I listed above was from after uninstalling Win Just yesterday I decided to give Win 10 another go and same issue accrued screen went blank and it looked to be going thru the restart but then I noticed sound was coming from the speakers and when I turned the Vol up I heard the background music of the game I was playing.
